Presented by Geelong Symphony Orchestra

Shall We Dance - Geelong Symphony Orchestra

Conductor Mario Dobernig leads the GSO as it dances from classical ballet to flirt with a Spanish gypsy and even an encounter with Death himself.

This selection of lush music is a deviation from the orchestra’s usual programming, offering works seldom, if ever, heard in Geelong. Lily Bryant won the Australian Youth Classical Music Competition in 2022 and joins the orchestra with a thrilling arrangement of melodies from Bizet’s Carmen.
