Geelong Arts Centre respects the privacy of all our staff, Trust, contractors, volunteers, customers and business contacts, and is committed to safeguarding the personal information which you provide us.

Geelong Arts Centre is a body established under Victorian statute and is subject to the requirements of the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) which are contained in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) (PDPA).

The Geelong Arts Centre is committed to the responsible handling of personal information, and to protecting an individual's right to privacy. Accordingly, the Geelong Arts Centre is committed to full compliance with its obligations under the PDPA. The PDPA contains 10 IPPs that govern the collection and handling of personal information.
