The Making Change Strategy is a unique collaboration between G21 Geelong Region Alliance Committee for Geelong Geelong Region Library and Heritage Centre, Geelong Arts Centre, Geelong Gallery, Back to Back Theatre Creative Geelong and Platform Arts. Our vision is to foster a culture of collaboration and aspiration, to deliver a region of creative industries leadership and innovation connected to global networks.
Regional Arts Victoria working with Future Tense consultancy have been appointed as the managing organisation for the delivery phase of the strategy, bringing a breadth and depth of leadership and experience in both strategic, grass roots engagement and delivery capabilities.
This ambitious Strategy for the creative sector is a first for the region. It reflects a progressive and resilient community with a focus on the future.
