Launched in 2019, Creative Engine is Geelong Arts Centre’s support base for creatives.
A place where ideas, careers and creative communities can grow.
Through workshops, mentoring, networking events and industry connections, Creative Engine helps artists and makers develop skills, expand their networks and find new opportunities.
At its heart, Creative Engine is about supporting people to do what they love and helping creativity flourish across Geelong, Victoria and beyond.

CHURCH: THE STAGE FOR WHAT’S NEXT
Opening in August, Church is an intimate room made for live performance in all its raw glory – gigs, comedy, theatre, whatever makes your heart beat.
For performers, not profit, Church exists to tip the balance back in favour of the artist. No upfront costs will be charged to independent artists hiring the space, and we’ll provide operational expertise, marketing and ticketing support so that you’re free to focus on your work.
