Creative Learning Reservations Terms and Conditions 2025
By completing and submitting the 2025 Creative Learning Booking Form you are accepting and agreeing to the below terms and conditions:
- The amount of tickets requested by you on your booking form will be held for your school or group. You will be emailed by the Geelong Arts Centre Box Office to confirm your booking and then issued an invoice for payment.
- Payment will be due within 6 weeks from the date of invoice, or if the booking is short notice, no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
- Schools or groups that have not paid invoices by the relevant due date will forfeit their tickets
- No schools or groups will be permitted to attend events where payment is not received prior to the event date
- Bookings are final and cannot be adjusted once the invoice has been raised – schools will not receive refunds for students who do not attend, or if additional tickets are required a separate booking will need to be made in addition to the original booking
- One complimentary teacher ticket is available for every 20 students or part thereof.
