Creative Learning Reservations Terms and Conditions 2025

By completing and submitting the 2025 Creative Learning Booking Form you are accepting and agreeing to the below terms and conditions:

• The amount of tickets requested by you on your booking form will be held for your school or group. You will be emailed by the Geelong Arts Centre Box Office to confirm your booking and then issued an invoice for payment.
• Payment will be due within 6 weeks from the date of invoice, or if the booking is short notice, no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
• Schools or groups that have not paid invoices by the relevant due date will forfeit their tickets
• No schools or groups will be permitted to attend events where payment is not received prior to the event date
• Bookings are final and cannot be adjusted once the invoice has been raised – schools will not receive refunds for students who do not attend, or if additional tickets are required a separate booking will need to be made in addition to the original booking
• One complimentary teacher ticket is available for every 10 students or part thereof.

Creative Learning performances priced at $25 per ticket

The $25 ticket price for applicable performances from Our Season 2025 or the Rewire program can only be booked through the Creative Learning team. In 2025, these performances are: 

• momenta: Wed 15 May 7.30pm and Thu 15 May 7.30pm * 
• Scenes from the Climate Era: Thu 29 May 7.30pm, Fri 30 May 7.30pm, Sat 31 May 1.00pm & 7.30pm *
• The Birds: Thu 12 Jun 1.00pm, Creative Learning show for schools
• Pride and Prejudice: Fri 15 Aug 1.00pm, Creative Learning show for schools 
• Looking for Alibrandi: Wed 20 Aug 7.30pm, Thu 21 Aug 7.30pm, Fri 22 Aug 7.30pm, Sat 23 Aug 1.00pm & 7.30pm *
• Night Night: Fri 29 Aug 1.00pm, Creative Learning show for schools
• Duck Pond: Fri 12 Sep 7.30pm and Sat 13 Sep 7.30pm *
• The Light Inside: Fri 10 Oct 7.30pm and Sat 11 Oct 7.30pm *
• Romeo & Juliet: Sat 8 Nov 7.30pm and Sun 9 Nov 5.00pm *

*These performances are part of Season 2025 and Rewire – please note students will be attending along with the general public audience.

Schools or groups wishing to attend either Night Night, Pride and Prejudice or The Birds outside of the dedicated schools' sessions will not be entitled to the $25 ticket price and will be eligible for the following pricing options:

• Student Concession Rate – students qualify for a 10% discount off standard pricing
• Groups of 10+ qualify for a 15% discount off standard pricing
