By completing and submitting the 2022 Creative Learning booking form you are accepting and agreeing to the below terms and conditions:

  • The amount of tickets indicated will be held for your school or group. You will be emailed by the Geelong Arts Centre Box Office to confirm your booking and then issued an invoice for payment
  • Payment will be due within 6 weeks from the date of invoice, or if the booking is short notice, no later than two weeks prior to the event date
  • Schools or groups that have not paid invoices by the relevant due date will forfeit their tickets
  • No schools or groups will be permitted to attend events where payment is not received prior to the event date
