2026 Membership FAQs
A Geelong Arts Centre Membership is the best way to stay connected to the shows you love, enjoy exclusive savings, and be part of our creative community all year round.
Members receive discounts on Season tickets, early access to seats, special partner offers, and hospitality perks at Tutti Café and our theatre bars.
Your 2026 membership and its benefits remain valid until 30 November 2026.
To access member pricing and benefits for Season 2027 performances, you’ll need a 2027 membership. We’ll share details about 2027 memberships when they become available.
Using your benefits
Simply log in to your account at https://geelongartscentre.org.au when booking online to ensure your discounts are automatically applied to ticket pricing.
Present your digital wallet card at Geelong Arts Centre bars or Tutti Café to redeem hospitality discounts.
Your ticket discounts are available all year round for Silver, Gold and Platinum Members.
- Silver Membership: 10% off Season 2026 tickets
- Gold Membership - Flexi Pass: 15% off Season 2026 tickets when booking five or more Season 2026 shows
- Gold Membership - Mainstage Pass: 25% off Season 2026 tickets when you purchase all eight Mainstage shows, plus 25% off any additional Season 2026 tickets you purchase throughout the year
- Platinum Membership: Includes all Gold Member benefits, plus premium seating for Opening Nights, concierge support and exclusive invitations
Changing or Cancelling
- Silver Members may exchange tickets in line with our standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions.
- Gold Members enjoy unlimited free exchanges for Season 2026 shows - subject to availability and any additional costs associated with a difference in ticket prices.
Platinum Members can swap theatre Opening Night seats for another performance of the same show pending availability through the Concierge team, with the understanding that VIP hospitality event is available on Opening Night only.
