GEELONG ARTS CENTRE 2026 MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: 11 November 2026
1. Membership Eligibility, Ticketing and Code of Practice
Membership is open to individuals of all ages.
All members agree to comply with Geelong Arts Centre’s Ticketing Code of Practice, Terms and Conditions, and Conditions of Entry.
All ticket purchases and event attendance under a membership are subject to these same policies.

2. Membership Types
Four membership tiers are available for 2026:
- Silver Membership
- Gold Membership – Flexi Pass
- Gold Membership – Mainstage Pass
- Platinum Membership

3. Member Benefits
Silver Membership
• Priority access to Season announcements and pre-sales
• 10% discount on Season 2026 tickets (including guest tickets)
• Special offers on selected comedy, concert and community-theatre events
• 10% off drinks at Geelong Arts Centre bars and Tutti Café.
• Quarterly newsletter
Gold Membership
Includes all Silver benefits plus:
• 15–25% discount on Season 2026 tickets (including guest tickets)
• Unlimited free ticket exchanges for Season 2026 shows
• Invitations to exclusive events, including the Season Launch
• One complimentary house drink for members with any main meal purchased at Tutti on show days.
• Access to partner benefits (e.g. Quest Geelong 20% off best available rate)
• Additional partner offers announced throughout the year
Flexi Pass
15% discount on Season 2026 shows when booking five or more shows across the Season.
Full Mainstage Pass
25% discount on Season 2026 Mainstage shows (8 shows included).
Plus 25% discount on any additional Season 2026 shows booked throughout the year.
Platinum Membership
Includes all Gold benefits plus:
• Access to premium tickets and invitations for Mainstage Opening Night performances (8 shows total)
• Invitation to Opening Night VIP Party Series (all-inclusive hospitality)
• VIP concierge service for bookings and liaison
• Additional exclusive events and networking opportunities

4. Membership Duration and Renewal
• Valid until 30 November 2026.
• Members will be notified when 2027 memberships become available.
• Members are responsible for renewing to continue benefits.
• Expired memberships may result in loss of access and benefits.
5. Membership Fees and Payment
• Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Platinum Members may request an invoice for payment via concierge@geelongartscentre.org.au.
• Prices are in AUD and include GST.
• A $6.00 transaction fee applies per booking.
• Fees may change with prior notice.
6. Accessing Your Membership Benefits
Members will receive:
A. A purchase confirmation email immediately after payment.
B. A digital membership card by email once processing is complete.
C. A welcome email with details on benefits and how to use your membership.
These will arrive within 72 hours of joining online, in person or by phone, and within 7 days for postal applications.
Members must log into their account via https://geelongartscentre.org.au for discounts to apply.
Your digital wallet card must be presented to redeem bar and Tutti Café discounts.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Members may cancel at any time but no refunds will be issued.
• Ticket refunds and exchanges follow the Ticketing Code of Practice.
8. Conduct and Behaviour
Members must adhere to Geelong Arts Centre’s Conditions of Entry and treat staff and patrons respectfully.
Membership may be suspended or cancelled for misuse or inappropriate conduct.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Member information is collected and managed under Geelong Arts Centre’s Privacy Policy: https://geelongartscentre.org.au/about-us/legal/policies/privacy-policy/
10. Amendments
Geelong Arts Centre may modify membership benefits, pricing or terms with reasonable prior notice.
Any updates will be published on our website.
11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By becoming a member of Geelong Arts Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility
Partner benefits are available to active Gold and Platinum members only
2. Non-Transferable
Benefits are for personal member use only and must not be shared, transferred, or resold to others
3. Availability
Partner offers are subject to availability and may vary or be withdrawn at any time without notice
4. No Cash Value
Benefits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
5. Changes
Geelong Arts Centre reserves the right to amend or update partner benefits at any time.
Quest Geelong Central Accommodation Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Offer is available to current Geelong Arts Centre members only
2. Membership Proof
Proof of active membership may be required at time of booking and at check-in
3. Validity
Discount is only valid while membership remains active with offers no longer being valid once membership expires
4. Booking Conditions
Valid for direct bookings only through the Quest Geelong Central website, unless otherwise stated. Standard accommodation terms, cancellation conditions, and blackout dates may apply. Cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.
5. Changes to Offer
The partner may amend or withdraw the offer at any time. All bookings are subject to availability.
