Thaedra Frangos is a freelance movement artist, dancer, biodynamic craniosacral therapist, yoga and meditation instructor and accredited Wayapa Wuurrk® - Indigenous Earth Mindfulness and movement - facilitator. Thaedra lives on Wadawurrung country and is a Wemba Wemba and Dhuduroa descendant through her maternal lineage. Thaedra has an intention to support awareness of and reverence for the incredible wisdom of our first peoples in a present day context as a pathway to holistic wellness, healing and connection.
