• By providing your credit card details, you authorise Geelong Arts Centre to automatically debit your nominated card for the agreed recurring donation amount monthly
  • Donations will be processed in the amount as selected with the first payment processed upon receipt of donation details and with subsequent payments charged monthly
  • A tax receipt will be issued each time a payment is processed
  • All credit card information is securely processed in compliance with PCI standards. Geelong Arts Centre does not store full credit card details
  • You may cancel or change your donation at any time by contacting us on 1300 251 200 with at least 5 business days’ notice before your next scheduled payment
  • If a donation payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired card), we will attempt to notify you and reprocess the payment
  • Donations are non-refundable unless made in error. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. You will be notified of any material changes via email
  • Your personal and payment details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at geelongartscentre.org.au
