By becoming a member of Geelong Arts Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
We offer four membership tiers:
- Silver Membership
- Gold Membership – Flexi Pass
- Gold Membership – Mainstage Pass
- Platinum Membership
Gold and Platinum Members receive access to partner offers, such as Quest Geelong (20% off best available rate).

A Geelong Arts Centre Membership is the best way to stay connected to the shows you love, enjoy exclusive savings, and be part of our creative community all year round.
Members receive discounts on Season 2026 tickets, early access to seats, special partner offers, and hospitality perks at Tutti Café and our theatre bars - with even more benefits available for Gold and Platinum tiers.
When you purchase your membership, you’ll receive:
- A purchase confirmation email immediately after payment
- A digital membership card, sent to your email once your application is processed, which you can download and save to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- A welcome email with information about your benefits and how to use them
- Silver Members: Can book shows anytime throughout the year.
- Gold Flexi Pass Members: Choose at least five Season 2026 shows for initial membership purchase. Buy additional shows anytime throughout the year.
- Gold Mainstage Members: Choose from the available dates for the eight Mainstage shows as part of initial membership purchase. Book additional Season 2026 shows at 25% off anytime throughout the year.
- Platinum Members: Automatically reserved for Opening Night VIP experiences for all eight Mainstage shows, with a premium seating allocation and pre-show VIP event experience. No pre-bookings required. Our concierge will issue invitations and guest communications.

- For Silver, Gold Flexi, and Gold Mainstage Members, you can select your preferred seats during the purchase process (subject to availability).
- Platinum Members are allocated premium seating for Opening Night performances.
- You can also select adjacent seats when booking online, subject to availability.

- Silver Members may exchange tickets in line with our standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions.
- Gold Members enjoy unlimited free exchanges for Season 2026 shows - subject to availability and any additional costs associated with a difference in ticket prices.
Platinum Members can swap theatre Opening Night seats for another performance of the same show pending availability through the Concierge team, with the understanding that VIP hospitality event is available on Opening Night only.
