Cabaret of Calm

Create Engine's Launchpad | Presented by Helen Duncan

Cabaret of Calm

What can you do for YOU?!

Join Cabaret of Calm on their quest for self-improvement through a unique and immersive performance that will leave your mind calm, your heart full and your smiles wide.

This interactive work by Helen Duncan transforms the theatre space into an inviting, calm and unique wellness space.

Together, the audience are encouraged to take a few deep breaths, witness entertaining and mindful moments, participate in some gentle movement and to play.

Cabaret of Calm explores how our innate knowledge of self-care can, at times, be overridden by the chatter of social media and the increasingly powerful wellness economy.

Please Note

This work includes audience participation and immersion, including some physical interaction and close proximity to others. Some may find some interactions and coercive themes triggering.

No audience member is singled out and humiliation is nowhere to be found. This is a friendly and unique experience - and one that you can opt in and out of to participate as you wish.
