Geelong Summer Music Camp returns to Costa Hall in 2026, featuring over 235 student musicians aged 10-21.
Geelong Summer Music Camp is a day camp and involves students attending each day to rehearse in bands/choirs/orchestras, have tutorials with specialist tutors, and participate in a huge range of electives (a variety of activities some musical but others general interest – dance, theatre sports, board games).
Throughout the week, all camp participants, students and staff also rehearse for this combined finale for the concert – this is a blast to put together and then perform for families and friends.
Musically the camp caters for students from beginners who can read music, and may be starting out in their ensemble playing adventures, all the way through to those advanced performers who are looking to be extended in a positive and friendly atmosphere.
