About Shelley Skinner

Shelley Skinner is the director and owner of Motion Dance Company.

Founded in 2020, after a decade of dancing professionally, Shelley knew she was ready to create something of her own and pass on her experience and knowledge to the next

generation. With over 15 years of teaching experience as well as dancing professionally all over Australia and the world, Shelley’s biggest passion is teaching, constantly mentoring her students and propelling them to reach their full potential.

Some of her credits include:

Dancing back-up for artists such as Tones & I, Mario, Red Foo, Guy Sebastian, Shepard and Jessica Mauboy to name a few.

Shelley has also danced on numerous televised events such as:

TV Week Logies, Australia’s Got Talent, Asian Cup Opening Ceremony, The Footy Show Player Revue and the AFL Grand final.

Shelley has also danced on Norwegian Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a production dancer.
