MEDIA RELEASE • 4 APRIL 2022

Coming to Geelong Arts Centre’s Ryrie Street venue on Saturday 14 May, CDP Kids presents Guess How Much I Love You as part of the Geelong Arts Centre 2022 Family Magic program.

Adapted from the children’s picture books by Sam McBratney and Anita Jeram, this playful story of love and nature unfolds on stage in a play by Richard Tulloch that's fun for the whole family.

Join the enchanting adventure of Little and Big Nutbrown Hare as they discover the magic and colour of the seasons, in a dazzling new stage adaptation of Sam McBratney’s beloved Guess How Much I Love You books.

The show features beautiful puppetry, music and storytelling for children aged 3+ years and their adults.

Brought to life by CDP Kids, the team behind the Australian tours of The Gruffalo, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and Spot, this family favourite will excite, educate and entertain new readers and first-time theatre-goers.

Taking place in Studio 4 at Geelong Arts Centre’s landmark Ryrie Street building on Saturday 14 May, this beguiling 50-minute performance is sure to elicit laughter, looks of wonderment and squeals of delight from audience members both young and young at heart.

Tickets to the 10:00am performance have already sold out. Book now to secure tickets for the remaining performances taking place at 12:00pm (Relaxed Performance with AUSLAN Interpreter) and 3:00pm on Saturday 14 May.
