Australian Ballet Seniors Ballet Class
The program’s inclusive design ensures there are options for everyone aged 60+, regardless of ability or experience.
The dance-based class will include classical music, movement options and a social experience.
Options for movement will include:
- Seated
- Standing
- Supported
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing for moving
- Comfortable shoes
