Geelong Symphony Orchestra - Heroica
All things 'heroic' in Geelong Symphony Orchestra's last concert for 2024.
The elegant yet commanding French horn as an air of the heroic, though Mozart's concerto could not be more engaging. One could be called 'heroic' just for learning the bassoon! It's repertoire is limited but its place in the orchestra is indispensable. Add Beethoven's 'break with tradition' symphony, dubbed 'Eroica' and you have an afternoon of music... simply heroic.
