Joan As Police Woman returns to Australia in March 2027 for her Real Life Evolution tour, celebrating her highly acclaimed new album released on June 12, 2026.

Ten reimagined versions of every song from Joan As Police Woman’s classic debut “Real Life” album (Reveal Records 2006).

Twenty years in the making. Developed through countless nights on stage, the new arrangements are brought to life by the musical brilliance of the players who helped define their sound. Some transformations are subtle. Others are seismic. All of them were made with an entirely new cast of collaborators. In order of appearance: Will Graefe, Jeremy Gustin, Tony Scherr, Parker Kindred, Danny Blume, Krystle Warren, Oren Bloedow, Thomas Bartlett and Iggy Pop.

Joining Joan for her Australian and NZ tour are drummer Jeremy Gustin (Mike D, David Byrne) and guitarist Ryan Dugré who previously toured with Joan for her Let It Be You album.
